At 21:56 it looks like a mac, at 26:51 it is a jacket and skirt, further scenes at 40:19 and 44:18

there is a second scene with a lady and a black mack over her arm at 56:10

I´m not a fan of German schlager music, but Thank God, this is a singer from Switzerland and the video is a caption of Swiss TV. She sings in a swiss dialect, too

In Germany that mac was sold in white, turquoise and pink by Vero Moda in the 2000ers

the first scene of the woman in the black mac starts around 4:05

It´s from a german TV series which was produced from 1968 til 1976
