Finally had some rain here in Green Bay, Wisconsin last night.
Started out just windy as all get out with like a couple minute sprinkle.
But was enough for me to go out in for a bit.
So I dressed up in my yellow and white with black polka dot reversible slicker and over the top of that went my green pvc rain suit.
A rain bonnet on my head as well as the two hood from the slicker and the suit up over my head and my Grey rubber boots on my feet and out I went to the dumpster to take the trash out.
Was enough to get my green coat a little wet but nothing to really get all excited about.
Came back in and finished the job under the shower head.
Heard there was a tornado that touched down in Manitowoc which is about 45 minutes from Green Bay and it was tracking to head this way.
The sirens even went for like five minutes but stopped.
So an exciting night indeed now if only we would have gotten a little more rain to go with all that wind.
Went to bed and was awoken this morning about 2:30 by the sound of rain just drumming down on the roof.
Looked at the clock and realized I had to be up in like three and half hours and rolled over and went back to sleep.
Here's hoping we get some more of that wonderful weather soon.....
