I would not class myself and my wife as having a fetish in respect of clear bubble umbrellas however my wife has used on for many years and I have a golf size one and certainly when one goes for a country walk in the rain they allow you to see much more than one with a material cover.

We do normally wear gloves when wearing our PVC macs, whist my wife prefers leather, I wear PVC plus a matching hat which I prefer to an umbrella when shopping. My wife also often wears her patent books to complete the look and sometimes I wear matching PVC trousers.

I love clear dome umbrellas. I bought my wife a golf-size dome umbrella so we can snuggle together under it when we walk in the rain & turn it upside down so we can catch rainwater & take turns dousing each other & really putting the waterproofing of our rainwear to the test.
