The price is 40 E.Pounds is $60, so less cheap.

Are they made from the type of smooth, soft, shiny PVC material that has a tendency to 'cling' to itself when folded-up and produces a loud 'crackle' or 'rustling' noise with even the slightest movement (just like PVC-U-Like's Shiny Patent Blue PVC material)?
