Hi all.
I think I've found a discarded raincoat/cagoule today on land just around the corner from were I live but I'm afraid to pick it up
and see if it's worth looking at.
Don't want too look like a wally brain and people wondering what I'm doing.
Please anybody what are your thoughts.
It's a challenge.

Go for it, if asked you was a) tidying up b) seeing if any id so you could return it.

If I found a discarded raincoat, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to pick it up!

Took the plunge and picked it up. Knocked down in flames this mornin. Found it too be a umbrella cover. Never mind.
