I remember that episode of Shooting Stars and Zoe wore a pair of black pvc trousers and I'm sure that Ulrika was wearing a black rubber/pvc blouse with a matching skirt.
I may have watched that episode quite a few times.
Also seem to remember Zoe wearing the black pvc trousers and a satin blouse on numerous occasions while presenting the kids tv show Going Live...happy days.

If anyone's still looking for wet-look leggings at sensible prices, I've bought each of these in the last few months and very happy with them:

Only available in size 10 and 12 at the moment but did go from 6 or 8 to 18 or 20. In fact http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00CXPF6RM is a more accurate image of the finish and I think they're selling the same thing under two descriptions. Nonetheless excellent value and slightly generous sizes.
