Hi, I am selling a new PVC-U-Like shiny black mac, PA21C style. My photos don't do it justice, selling to clear some space, it's been hanging in my wardrobe unworn for too long and needs a new home ;)

Maybe I should sell my two poundland raincoats!
They are still in their packets!
The postage is more than the macs were!
Will be interesting to see if they are sold or not.

Amazes me at people a) selling at that price b) anybody buying at that price
Surely anybody interested in "plastic rainwear" must know about the Poundland & co £1 macs ?

still convinced its the picture of the woman modelling the mac which sells it. I always wonder whether people think she will turn up to wear it for them. Its amazing how the right picture can shoot an item up in value.

I did find this out myself a while back when I had one of the go macs for sale. Ray very kindly furnished me with a couple of pictures of a good looking young lady modelling a similar mac and the price went for rather more than the amount that a similar mac was selling for on buy it now from another seller on ebay with just a picture of the packet.

Can somebody else tell me if I am right or wrong?

No I do not think you are wrong Merv.
Just that some people are rather gullible!
If they want to pay 1200% more than the original price then let them!
The Poundland macs will soon be back on the shelves.
Same as their pvc rainhats are.
E Bay sellers are selling similar for up to £10!
