That's ineresting because they have mailed me one (pvc) to Canada, they were very helpful and accomodating when I asked if they would.

I found them extremely helpful also. Is it not more the fact they do not have any blue nylon pacamacs in size xxl, they only have grey in s, m, l

At the time I ordered had he nylon raincoats in size XXL.
I think it was because that Ebay could not calculate the shipment automatically and give me the right price, he would not sell to me.
I asked even after the cost of shipping and he reported it to me but Ebay can not calculate it automatically. Then I asked whether he had an account number I could transfer the money to but he replied that he would not sell to me.
