Sighting this week

I had a sighting this week on the subway train. It was a yellow rain jacket with either a matte pvc or matte polyurethane look to it. Yellow, white lining, hood with strings with the round plastic ends at the end of the string draw cord for the hood, and overall a nice look. It was a jacket and not a mac, but well worth mentioning as it is a glimpse of hope that rainwear like this is still being worn. Shiny pvc, no. But still good to see. I wish I knew the brand and style name. I was too far away to be able to notice such detail.
