How to post a video into .....

I tend to wrap them in bubble wrap and put them in a jiffy bag and take them along to the Post Office

uki, I'm assuming that you're talking about a video you've made yourself. You can't post it directly to this site using postimage, if that is what you've tried. You need to use a video hosting site and then provide a link to the video you want to post. I've used Dropshots and Vimeo (though not on this forum). Both restrict the length of the video in their free service. I'm guessing that wouldn't be a problem for what you are wanting to post.

Incidentally, there used to be a long-running comedy series on BBC radio called "Ray's a Laugh". Isn't he, though?
