Thanks for posting those stills Phil, those are some good pictures.
I don't understand why anyone designs raincoats without a hood. It's like manufacturing an umbrella with a hole in the top!

They're designed for the likes of my wife who hates hoods. Over the past thirty years or more she's owned many raincoats and I can recall only one that had a hood. She prefers the trench coat style, black and shiny with tight belt, wears a hat and/or carries an umbrella without a hole.

Elements rainwear (http://fashionrainwear.co.uk) gives the option to order a raincoat with or without a hood. For me as crossdresser I prefer no hood while wearing a long wig. And no hood gives you also the perfect excuse that you realy need that gorgeous shiny pvc hat or umbrella
