Re: RAIN ON THE WAY!!!
Ah yes, that was all of Saturday. It was raining when I went in to town, and it was still raining when I went home that night. Apparently there's more due on Wednesday!

Lucky. On my side of the pond we're mired in a deep freeze and probably won't see any decent rainfall for another 2 - 2 1/2 months.

Well, here in Arizona we got rain last week by courtesy of El Nino.
I don't know the details such as inches etc but it did rain hard and now we have to get a new roof because it opened up all kinds of leaks.

Well here in the Bay area of San Franciso in California , we are having the northern bit of "El Nino " . Great as far as I am concerned as a dual American / Brit who hankers after rainy days . Lots of shiny rubber rain boots - Hunters & cheaper imitations about but alas very few PVC or rubber mackintoshes around. Most of the rainwear is only "bum" length too . Still we live in hope -we need a few wet festivals or something like that !

Snow on the ground in Dundee this morning, not much, but a great excuse for some protective wear none the less
