Sorry, but I do not know how to post a link, But if you type Fabric land,Salisbury, into your search engine they may be able to help. The business is a traditional haberdashers. I have never dealt with them myself, but they do stock a wide range of material[including pvc]. Hope this is of some use.

I've got several rainskirts, which I really love.
I have one in very thin "cagoule" type blue material which feels wonderful. It was give to me by a guy, and has no tags, so I've no idea where it came from, but it looks professionally made.
I also have several white waterproof bowling skirts. All mine are opaque, so I'd love to know where the transparent one came from.
You can all guess that I'd be up for wearing that!
