Can anyone explain the possible utility of a sleveless raincoat? How can you ruin a perfectly functional and sexy looking garment by cutting off the sleeves?

$880 is the 'estimated retail' price (not too bad). Looks like it's now for sale at an utter bargain price of $240 (I may have been slightly sarcastic there a couple of times)
