The collection
Hi I thought I'd ask about everyone's rainwear collection
Mine mainy consists of nylon rainwear, from long macs to capes and ponchos with over trousers
I have a small amount of pvc
I have counted up and too my amazement I have now at least 60 plus coats etc
Is this enough to say I'm a bit of fetishist

Re: The collection
Probably close to 200 item in our collection. And I'm not including boots and coveralls, etc. I stopped counting awhile ago. It's funny, I was looking for something at home the other day and pulled out a Rubbermaid bin full of rainwear I'd totally forgotten about. I think they might have been doubles/triples of some other raincoats. We decided awhile back there were some raincoats we really liked, and so I actively sought extras of some of those. We're super big fans of the wippette raincoats of the late 80's/early 90's and comparable brands/styles. I'm sorry, but no one makes rainwear of that quality/cost ratio nowadays. As of late I've been buying a lot of the Columbia "packable" rainwear from the 90's(maybe?). It is great to wear with just underwear beneath. We've taken to wearing it underneath some of our hazmat gear-we collect that too.
Jeez, sorry to run on for so long.

Re: The collection
I have a lot of the old Dutch Agu rainwear which is made of nylon with a rubber lining.
And some more modern rainwear from the same brand.
I have no idea how big it is at the moment my guess would be around 50 items.
