rkd will make the rubber raincoats with buckles , i have two of them........even with the cape vent on the back.

but it is more stiff and they are very pricy.

compared to others i think they are reasonable, regarding being stiff, it depends on the lining, i just like a basic cotton lining if i want the rubber to be out, or a smooth rubber lining with a canvas shell. i have a few knee length and waist length parkas, one with buckles and a canvas/shell yellow rubber lining with a cape vent on the back. also i like their various colors that you can choose. the ones i have are uni-sex so a girl could wear my rain parkas. i do not like all the other things like belts and trench style double breasted coats..................just a basic rubber/canvas parka.
