Glue

Urgent help needed: Can anyone tell me, what is the best glue for sticking latex to latex? I have tried several different ones in the past, including cycle repair adhesive, but none have proved to be very effective. All suggestions appreciated.

Copydex seems to work or silicone glue.

Black whitch glue works, we use it on neoprene
