Wet or dry

Is it just me or does rainwear doing what it’s meant to do like been outside in the rain keeping people dry do it for you more or is it just me Love seeing people in rainwear in the rain hood up and soaked

oh you need to get wet, if all else fails wear it in the shower or bath, the latter way doesn't keep you dry but feels pretty good against the skin

i wear mine if its dry with a chance of rain or windy or wet and need to keep dry


Either way it doesn’t matter
