Unexpected Encounters

We all know about the social norms of rainwear wearing and most have to lament the decline in encounters with others dressed in a way that thrills us. But every now and again I am sure we have all experienced a completly unexpected and out of the norm encounter (often too brief) that spices up the day.

For me the most memorable event was stuck in traffic in the city and seeing a young couple walking along the payment. It was a hot day in June, by which I mean VERY hot and everyone was wearing suitable attire. Except the woman in the couple who had a sensible white t-shirt with a pair of black plastic trousers. Now some of you will leap to the well-trodden arguments of PVC vs. Plastic and assume I mean shiny PVC most likely cotton backed. But I cannot be absolutely certain, but i would swear that all my years of devotion to plastic makes me a bit of an expert when detecting unbanked plastic and not backed PVC. I hope I was not too obvious as I must have been mesmerised by the view, which lasted only a few seconds, before they passed the car and disappeared. For ages afterwards I couldn't help thinking about this slim, attractive girl, out in town with her man dressed entirely inappropriately, and whether she knew what she was doing, and wondering what had led her to this wardrobe choice. In my mind I fantasized that she was not wearing knickers and could only imaging the feeling she must have of the the material in those sweltering temperatures!

What time of day was it? Maybe she was going to a party later that evening and this was her party outfit.

My guess is she was just into it, which is not that strange as women can have fetishes also.
I wouldnt be surprised either if she actually loved seeing people looking and staring at her, something the guy might have liked also as he gets a lot of status of being the one who captured a girl like that. Many women like dressing up and flaunting around to get the men (and other women) looking at them.

I've already recounted this story but it does seem to be appropriate to the topic, so apologies if you already read it.

When I was in my early twenties the Shiny magazine used to be sold in a small newsagents near me along with Rubberist and Dressing for Pleasure in fact the whole length of the top shelf was given over to adult magazines
This is a true story.
When I had the funds to buy one of the magazines I used to go in and wait until it was quiet and then quickly grab one or two magazines and pay for them then hurry out but on one occasion, when I was waiting on someone to be served, one of my dreams came true.
A lovely mature lady, wearing a tightly belted long shiny black mac fully fastened up to the neck and with matching boots came in and casually selected Shiny, Rubberist, Dressing for Pleasure, Eros and Forum and went to the counter paid for them and left.
I was stunned at what I was seeing and she had left before I could say or do anything but I quickly recovered and followed her out of the shop to see her, about 50 yards away, going round to the drivers side of a black S-type jag and hand the magazines to the driver one at a time while bobbing a small curtsy and saying "Thank you master" she then came round to the passenger side, which the driver must have opened from the inside, and smoothing out her coat skirts she sat and swung her rubber coated legs and thighs into the car.
As they drove away, the car slowed as it passed me and she lowered the window, smiled, licked her lips and blew me a kiss.
I watched the car as it turned the corner then went straight home and re-lived what I had witnessed in the privacy of my bedroom.

Going back about 12 years ago, a mate of mine and his missis were out shopping in their local supermarket( I think this was probably Yeovil Somerset), apparently a woman in front of them suddenly bent over,pulled up her skirt and mac(he described it as a flasher mac,he did not say wether it was a shiny mac or not) and flashed her bare bum at them! That story makes me realise it must have been strange at times that people wore shiny macs as a normal raincoat, but those same shiny macs were printed on the cover of erotic magazines standing in every supermarket. That association would limit the popularity a lot i recon.

On holiday with the family we had rented a self catering house. There were quite a few of us and several children had to share a bedroom. I was about 12 I think. One the second night I accidentally discovered that my bed had a clear plastic mattress protector, of the soft medical type. I could pull the top sheet back to reveal about 6" of the smooth material, which i fondled and attempted to get as much naked skin onto as possible. There was so much material that I made myself a crude pair of plastic trousers which I wore with no underwear as I did my coursework in the evenings; I'm sure my grades suffered!
