Can't find pics of the clear riancoat yet, but it can be the start of a new trend just like when Kate Moss wore Hunter boots in 2005 on that festival.
The PVC pants/boots are just "rock" outfits, so little chance people will see that as a new trend and will wear it regularly.

if you go on vinylrain.fr theres a music videos of kylie in a glass clear raincoat i cant remember what song she used it for theres one of sophie ellis bexter too on that site.. i would have loved to see her in that raincoat im a fan of her now because ive seen her in rainwear my mum be happpy shes always like kylie and had the i should be so lucky song played at her wedding in 1986
