It’s interesting to see the amount of PVC, plastic and vinyl rainwear available online at ladies fashion websites - any chance we can start a thread for spotting this trend on the high street to see if people are actually buying?
Last week in Kew in west London I saw a couple in their late 20s and the women wore a shiny red pvc mid-thigh length hooded mac. Lovely to see! I also saw an older lady (mid-50s) in Richmond wearing a similar style - dressed for the elements and both looked fabulous. Are there other sightings by anyone I wonder?
On a separate note, and not rainwear but was good to see neon vinyl feature on Love Island on Friday in the form of miniskirts and bras. I sadly haven’t seen that trend in public yet!

Yes same here. Some shiny materials started to appear. The models I saw were Rains Curve Glossy. Also on mid-20's women. Haven't seen other shiny clothing though.

Try I Saw It First, PrettyLittleThing, Motel Rocks, Boohoo...the list goes on and Google is a wonderful thing
I would love to hear from others around the UK who have seen ladies (and gents too!) shined up for the elements.
