Im interested in shiny macs
its only shiny macs and shiny looking rainwear and rainmacs and raincoats that make alot of noise when moveing about in. I think ninenty percent of rain wear has to be shiny or have a shiny coating that makes it waterproof ive never really seen a mac or a piece of rainwear that doesent look shiny if it wasent shiny it would just be a coat wouldent it? just because i like my rainmacs shiny does everybody else like theres shiny and doese rainwear have to be shiny or can you get rainwear that isent? when i was about 6 or 7 yearsold i had a blue plastic or pvc mac/raincoat that had a zip. ive gor 2 blue emergency ponchos in plastic but i feel silly wearing that kind of rainwear i like my proper macs. Is it good under a shiny mac to wear any shiny outfit brneath and shiny skirt or spandex leggings i have a large fetish falling in love with clotheing thats shiny that how rainwear fell into place its perfect for my shiny clotheing fetish as rainwear tends to be shiny stuff and most rainwear made from shiny plastic vinyl.

No, shiny is not a prerequisite of a waterproof coat. Rubber mackintoshes for instance, apart from the SBR's, don't have a shine, nor do the Burberry's and Aquascutum type trenchcoat. But like yourself Beth I do find the shiny aspect of a mackintosh to be quite alluring.

I love shiny too, but I love matte finish rubber & pvc Raincoats as well
