which Cagoule is best

i have a large collection of Nike Windrunners and Adidas windbreakers but my favorite jackets are over the head nylon Cagoules

I love all my Nike Windrunners, Adidas and Peter Storm Cagoules. But my earliest memories have to be the cheap Royal blue and Navy Blue Nylon Cagoules with the 3 Stripe 1 Inch ribbon down the arms. As shown in my previous posting in this thread. I loved the first one I had like that. My Mum threw it away and I still want it back decades and decades later!!!

Peter Storm is probably best, up until about 1986 the waterproof lining was non breathable and these seem to last better, the lining is less likely to deteriorate.

I know it says polyester, and I no it ain't no Peter Storm, but hey, looks pretty sexy to me!

Same here Annabell. Some of the more recent Regatta cags seem to have taken a leaf out of the Peter Storm book. The material doesn't seem quite so thick.

Has to be a navy over the head Peter Storm cagoule,with swishy trousers, of course hood up tied tight, and covered with my kway navy raincape. Complete protection Yumm

Wore my red white zipped kway today in the rain, stayed remarkably dry even though it is 20+ years old hood up of course x
