Poor customer service (FarmerRain)

Post by mason »

I'm just wondering: Does FarmerRain EVER answer anybody's emails?

This is the second time they've failed to respond to a legitimate enquiry. That I have already bought rainwear from them just makes it worse.

I was asking if and when they will have more L or XL shiny yellow Atlas jumpsuits in stock but so far I have not received any kind of response.

I am just so disappointed.

I have never had any reason to e mail them as I have not bought anything from them so I cannot answer you question!

In my years of dealing with Farmerrain, plus visits to them in Emmabodea, I have never had any issues, earlier this year I had an order delivered to a Pick Up place in Sweden, earlier than my arrival date. I email them and they were able to contact the place to hold it for me. When I arrived I was able to collect the item on the production of Photo ID .
