How about a snow storm? We're (New England-USA) supposed to get 2" over the next two days.. I have my shiny black vinyl Whippet parka in the truck, that has a very comfy and warm cotton flannel lining, waiting for the start of it all!

The last rain in france was friday afternoon. I spent the whole afternoon outside visiting the cherbourg area wearing my see throu Pvc U Like raincoat.
