Look nice, never had an oilskin cycle cape, only the PVC version, and that was back in late 60's

I have a heavy yellow PVC one bought from all places Wilkinsons (Wilko's)
It does smell and feel nice

Used too watch our French assistant at my school in the 60's cycling into school wearing it. Always wished she had nothing under it. She was hot
Have a passion for shiny Rainwear which started in the 1960's with shiny plastic MOD style Rainwear and oilskin bike capes, like the one our French teaching assistant wore cycling to our school
