Where do you find a shiny raincoat?

Where do you buy a shiny raincoat? PVC vinyl. I really want one with a zipper that is just like a normal raincoat but with PVC. I'm not willing to spend more than $40 but I dont know where people find them so easily?

Cost could be an issue but try it anyway.

A seller called filcolns is based in Indiana. They have a pretty good amount, 26 last time I looked. Ebay is full of raincoats. Just search for pvc raincoat and a bunch show up.

I have 3 raincoats form makeitkinky.com but... I want to find other sources in the U.S. I have one from ebay. I dont use Ebay anymore since it costs an arm and a leg for shipping. Some raincoats cost more shipping than the actual raincoat. Try like $60 for a raincoat and $70 shipping. That's why I dont use ebay.

Most manufacturers of quality PVC rainwear have now gone to the wall 1) because its not so popular 2) PVC is the enemy 3) because people perceive it as cheap. You can buy PVC raincoats on Ebay from China direct for less than $40 and you can have them shipped free of charge! but the PVC will be brittle, it will not be REACH compliant and it will probably not fit.
