Re: Male reactions
I wear woman’s coats out and about of various ilks, I find the colour makes the difference.i wear a white pvc trench out I barely get a second glance, but a black one I get the world and his dog looking and making comments, although I enjoy all the attention mind.
Re: Male reactions
Strangely the only PVC macs I have worn out over the last few years have been a black and a dark blue example both from PVC U Like.
Worn the black one a number of times at Goodwoodwood Revival when it always seemed to rain at least one day.
Worn both during dog walking sessions
Never had any detrimental comments when I have worn either, except from my wife who is not a PVC Mac fan.

Re: Male reactions
Unless people choose to draw attention to themselves (and Im sure many do) I never found anyone take the slightest bit notice, this goes for male, female or any of the growing number of gender identities in between
