pvc macks and capes

I want to buy a longer length , full skirted , hooded pvc mack and cape . By longer length I mean with a back-length of 58 or 60 inches long , because I am 6 feet 2 inches tall and I like rainwear for fun to be ankle length . Unfortunately PVC - U - Like no longer offer their bespoke service . So , can anyone out there in rainwear land suggest a suplier I can try ?

Not PVC but try Weathervain or Hamilton Classics.
