Over the last couple of days i have seen 3 different women wearing long black pvc / plastic macs with the logo ‘she brings the rain’ on them in bold white writing.
They have shiny side on the inside and mat on the outside, poppers and are nearly past the knee to ankle length.
Wonder if they are a fashion thing and are becoming popular this winter, anyone else seen them about?

Top Shop sold then about 3 years ago. No further news than that.
