Hi, I have a question. I thought it would have already been addressed here but it doesn't seem to be the case.
So, my wife has a black PVC Lund raincoat from Stutterheim and the fabric looks kind of greasy, just like when you've gone too often over it with your fingers. I'm not convinced that washing it with water and some liquid laundry soap alone will solve the problem. How do you guys do to restore the shine without your coat turning oily ??

This is not a certain cure but try Mr Sheen Multi-Surface Polish. Use it first of all on a non-seeing bit.
If you can't find it try Amazon. They have everything.

How about trying a small area with a sponge and a bar of soap?

Be very careful. Most detergents are too strong and will damage your mac. Warm water and mild soap might do it but whatever you use it's a risk.
