I actually have one of those. It's feels nice to wear it and it's rubber inside, but not completely smooth, it's kind of striped I would say. But it's really smooth and shiny outside.

I have a pair of these I wear only in the house.

I also bought from aliexpress, sadly I didn't find anywhere else. I think it's only available there. Also it's worth to note the boots really soft,and flexible, and has a fairly strong pvc/rubber smell.

Which is it PVC or rubber the two smells are nothing like each other and I would suspect that these wellies are PVC or some other plastic type material.

It says PVC on the description. Also chinese sizes not european so click on the size bar for confirmation of size.

Unfortunately I can't tell you that, this is my first rubber boots so I can't compare. The smell is slightly unpleasant for me, but I know some people enjoy it.
