I noticed that some nice folding rain-bonnets are available via e-bay. I have quite a collection, so I don't need any more.
You were lucky to see the girls with the bonnets purchased from Boots slipping them on.
It is a shame that not more women carry them in their bags or raincoat for rainy emergencies!
Keep wearing as they are retro chic.
