Stutterheim has got a nice new line up with new shiny raincoats of a slightly thinner fabric.
Has anyone got some experience with it ?
My wife has got a Opal Lund from Stutterheim but she doesn’t like the fabric as it is rather stiff, and i do have to agree with her. I also bought some stuff from farmerrain Atlas fabric which i also found to be too stiff for my liking.
So i’m looking for some info on the new fabric (how smooth is it, how shiny and how pliable ?).
The Lund is made from 380 g/m fabric, the new mayfair is made from 280g/m fabric.
And if anyone is interested : the Lund is for sale.

I have a Nolby Opal Aloe and really like it. The material is light, soft and flexible, at least compared to other styles. I also tried the camden but was not impressed. The zipper style just didn't have same look and feel as the snap closure styles.

Very nice. As a fan of wide leg and flare jeans I find their wide leg raintrousers also very stylish. Like the coats they shouldn't be worn in the rain only.
