My latest purchase

Post by Taurus »

I like to browse second hand clothing sites, I have already bought many nice items from them. Recently there was a pvculike jelly jacket for sale and of course I had to have it. I think it is the YES1 shiny yellow pvc material like te one on this picture:

It was my first time wearing anything from pvculike and I liked it but I did notice that the material is very sticky. Is this correct? It has also a very sweet smell maybe from the previous owner.

I am considering to sell the jacket again and go in stead for the SU40 - Stock 2 piece rainsuit.

My whole collection has come from second hand clothing sites so far. Love what I've managed to get my hands on.

No not really. I suspect the previous owner didn’t like the plastic smell and put something on it, maybe to the point that they had to give it away to the charity shop. Your gain! Anyway, I once bought a green jelly jacket from a charity shop which smelt smokey. I assumed I could get the small out after buying, but I was wrong. It was so strong that I couldn’t bring myself to wear it, which is saying a lot, given how much I love a plastic jacket.

Love jelly jackets. It's a shame when charity shops clean theme with there steamers as I've bought some lovely nylon wind proof rainwear. Only to get home to find the inside rubber is coming unstuck with the heat form there steamers they use.
But I do still like to play with theme as best as I can .
