Why do I keep getting the urge to touch my raincoat everytime I walk past it?

I love running my hands over any of my pvc/pu raincoats. Wore my ladies Top Shop EVA raincoat out in the rain yesterday and, for me, that feeling is even better when the rain is running down them. I'm an occasional cross dresser and get the same feeling from running my hand over one of my pvc miniskirts or satin negligees

I get that all the time when walking by my own polyurethane coated rain jacket. Same with finding faux leather or coated pvc pants in my drawer. Just like that poem about not watching the snow on a beautiful day because I have promises to keep, I rarely do touch the pvc and polyurethane.
