I prefer the rustling from the softer kind of shiny PVC garments like the coat and the swimsuit in this video:

But I could imagine that others also prefer the very squeaky kind of noises that my newest shiny trenchcoat makes which comes in a slightly heavier and stiffer material:

in Germany, we have a decathlon store in Stuttgart, in the "Königstraße" (Kings Road) and a Decathlon in Ludwigsburg. So seems to be one Store in Every big city
