Making a comeback

Hmmm ‘Mr and Mrs Cagoule and their stormy adventures’ - a great TV series in the making!
A number of stories about a couple navigating their way through a number of stormy situations.
Mr Cagoule would be played by me (just kidding!) any male actor would do
Mrs Cagoule would be played by Karen Gillan and she would wear a number of different types of cagoule depending on the mood / circumstance….. a yellow pack away for light showers up to a long black mac with sou’wester for intense stormy scenes. A red regatta if she is in a firey mood or a dark blue regatta stormbreak for when she is dark and misterious….
Any script ideas?

Throughout their adventures, Mr and Mrs Cagoule have to do battle with 3 sexy witches, they are called Rainy, Windy and Stormy (who is the head witch). The witches wear slutty witch costumes and occasionally will wear black pvc trousers but when they are in full stormy mode they wear the following
Rainy - dark blue Peter storm, matching trousers and green wellies
Windy - black cagoule, short leather skirt and knee high boots
Stormy - dark blue regatta cagoule, knee length, with black wellies and a black PVC sou wester.
When the witches appear to cast their stormy spells, ‘Night on Bare Mountain’ plays and when Mr and Mrs Cagoule battle them ‘Ride of the Valkyrie’s’ booms out.
The witches want to capture the 2 characters but mainly Mrs Cagoule, who they want to tie up in their castle and have their wicked way with….

I think Cheryl Baker would look better in a bright red Peter Storm or K-way. It would remind me of what she wore for Bucks Fizz's promo film in Eurovision '81.

Kim Wilde would have to be in a knee-length cagoule. I think Sarah Millican would look hot in a long nylon mac.
