Rainwear Cafe sounds familiar to me, but I really don't rememberscotty wrote: ↑February 9th, 2023, 6:56 pm I also remember the middle Macked model, think her name was Mel. She looks stunning in her semi clear mac.
If I’m correct her photo used to be posted in the Rainwear Cafe web site. Lovely photo collection of her wearing a folding rain-bonnet is superb. Alas no more!
anything. Is there a photo of their "Index page" or a website, to
come closer to the "long gone" Rainwear cafe ?
During which period about was it online ?

While we are on the subject of Tracey Ullman and raincoats, one of my all time favorite skits of hers is called: "City of Strangers". Takes place at a New York City bus stop in the rain. Love Tracey in her two piece clear bonnet, but the raincoat attraction for me was not her dark nylon(?) raincoat, but the black vinyl mack worn by the woman in the beret, background, to the left. More so, the whole skit still makes me laugh.

If I can remember the Cafe was around circa 2010 or even earlier, think the organiser was called Rae. Think he eventually closed it down due to to his images being nicked.
Let’s face it it happens a lot on the internet.
Cheers
