Help me wear my mackintosh outside in public

Hello does anybody wear there mackintosh or rainwear gear out in public when it's hot weather and do they wear there rainwear out shopping in public as I would like to go into the shop in my mackintosh but feel way to nerves to do it

Yes I do .I've been out today with my waterproof mac and leggings on .
Went to work then to lidls shopping had some looks but I enjoyed it as we did have a bit of rain erliy in morning bit not when I went shopping lol.

I have been out shopping including ladies clothes and charity shops, building society and Costa's in both my semi see through grey pvc mac and a solid colour top shop one
