Some videos posted contain very short features of rainwear sometimes so fleeting that blink and you’d miss them. My question is… do members like this or find it annoying? Personally I don’t like it and so tend not to like music videos featuring rainwear because on the whole the camera jumps around and each scene can be very short and you never get a really good view of what is going on. Sheena Easton is an exception where she wears her plastic mac and jacket in scenes for quite a while. As an example - watch the girl wearing green PVC jeans in the original video for the Macarena.
Are fleeting glimpses sexy or annoying?

Yes they are have still got some VHS of ladies in shiny outfits lasting about a hour of pure rubber Mack's and other shiny outfits

Yep I hate it. Same with the tiktok model wearing all sorts of nice looking mac's that was posted here recently, instead of them being featured nicely it's all flashy and quick camera movement.

That reminds me of being young and only seeing things on TV live because there no video recorders back then. Top of the Pops was a good source of rainwear as were programmes like Benny Hill. If you saw anything on screen for more than a few seconds it was a huge bonus. Sometimes adverts feature rainwear but although any views would be brief it did mean that you could look forward to the ADs in the hope of seeing a repeat of the rainwear.
