There's a good chance of rain in the morning, I will be out for a bike ride early wearing my Peter Storm, really warm summer rain and I shall be enjoying it.

This evening I stopped at Tesco Barnwood Gloucester on the way home to pick up some stuff, a guy (30’s?) wearing an old school over the head 80’s original peter storm in royal blue was walking in as i was walking out in my zip up fluro pink and navy blue peter storm 80’s cagoule. We both looked at each other and then both double looked back again as we walked in other directions. Wonder if they were another cag fan? Anyone on here? We definitely checked each others cagoules out lol

Is it me or is over the head type Peter Storm cagoules getting harder to find.

Plenty a full zip one's out there.
Would love a royal blue overhead Peter storm.

I am very lucky to have a good supply of the original (trad) Peter Storm smock (overhead) cagoules in most colours. In the brochure from back then they are designated 104 SMOCK. My guess is that the full zipped cagoules (101 OVERJACKET) sold better which is why there are relatively so few smocks on eBay etc now. Indeed, when I was taken to my local sports shop to buy my first ever Peter Storm cagoule, I remember the shop assistant explaining to my mother that the smock cagoules could get a bit hot/sweaty and perhaps we should think of the full zip cagoule as it could be opened if the wearer got too warm. I tried one on, but managed to convince them that the smock one was my choice. I was successful...
