Yes, that's a Danish childrens TV program, a few years ago. A nice way to teach the children how practical proper rainwear can be...) No wonder the Scandinavian children all have a 2 piece rainwear, not just raincoat, that may be the reason for some cultural differences in what kind of rainwear become the source of fetish dreams.
