Rainwear on BBC television

Post by disciplinemack »

For anyone receiving BBC television, the new drama serial on Sunday evening called "Call the Midwife" stars a young lady dressed in a midwife uniform of the 1950's, complete with a green double breasted gaberdine mac, buttoned and belted. In several shots last night she wore the mac buttoned to the neck with the collar down and the belt done up tightly. In all, three young women wore the same type of coat, and another one joins next week. Worth a look, possibly also available on BBC i-player or whatever it is called.

If you look under Pictures / Videos you will see a thread where people are commenting / expressing dissapointment at the lack of rubber sheets & pvc / plastic macs
Will see what episode 2 delivers.......

Isn't this where the Caligula Home for Unwanted Babies Pie Company Ltd. steps in?
