Facebook is more public so what is put there is open and in the public domain.
Yes easier but also this is more secure and you have more say who sees the photos.
And as people have said in the past privacy may be an issue.
It doesnt really matter where you post images there's always some bright spark who comes along and posts them elsewhere

Sorry if that bursts anyone's bubble but its a fact of life, once posted any image is open to abuse
just picture of empty raincoat or with no face , then if they are shared on internet does not matter
Im sure that would work for some people

Great point.

I dare say that the pictures of my face VS the pictures with the huge yellow splotch over my face, make people happier to look at.

You could get one? As you seem to be a big Rukka fan (who's not ;) ) it might be the modern adaption of the lovely old Rukka coats and a must-have pice for you  . It is about 20 EUR more expensive than I got mine last fall but still worth it. And it's a unique design today. The long Stutterheims are 285 EUR, 2x the price, but a different feel.

Many people are careful with posting pics of them so I understand why there are so few pics to see. I only know Flickr pics of a guy wearing the blue but not showing his head in a supermarket, the rest are Farmerrain's instagram marketing pics with the beautiful models (which are excellent and always a pleasure to watch!).
timeless fashion is the best fashion - classic "rubberized" raincoats are timeless
