they so answer, but not all the time. i asked for samples and they said they were going to send some, but have not as of yet so i will need to follow up again.
one time i was getting failed deliveries (i wonder if the site was down).
Maybe they blocked you to get some respite
no because they said they were going to send me samples when they have them. also they have responded to my emails.

or it was an error in the system. they asked a question and i tried to respond but the message would not go through. also the site was just updated so that would explain why bugs occurred.
