I love wearing both at the same time, especially plastic panties under a nylon cagoule when out for a walk, the feel of the plastic sticking to you and the nylon swishing as you walk is sensational

Yes nylon and plastic together would be amazing.

Could wear plastic pants or plastic shorts or nylon shorts as underwear and swishy nylon rain pants over them.
