I've just come back from a woodland walk wearing 2 peter storm cagoules, overtrousers and wellies. My kind of weather with other folk togged up too .

Over trousers tucked into wellies
Doesn't that mean the rain will eventually trickle down into your wellies ? A sort of slower 'flooding' experience eh ?
