Well there are nylon ponchos from about £10!
up to and beyond £200!

Maybe the level of noise is more important to you than the cost, what level of noise are you looking for?

Hey, thanks for your interest! Just nyloneee stiff cagouleee type noise. Just dont want it to be as "open" as a poncho. Btw, read poncho as sort of open sided

The red cape Spitfire's lovely wife is wearing, shown in the bottom three pix is one by Rainmac and is the one I have. I love wearing it and its comfortable rainproof and noisy.

I think I had the last one of those before they stopped production of them!!
