As I have said previously, my wife grew up in a small town on the North Sea in Germany. For her, wearing a rubber regenmantel or trench coat started when she was a child. She wore them quite often. Most were from Rimo or Weather or Not. She used to laugh at the women who wore lesser rainwear because she claimed very few Americans know how to dress for the weather. As I seem to remember it was always a woman who complimented her on them. I can't sppeak for all men, but I was constantly aroused when she wore them
